Topic for today? I don't have one. Guess I should keep this post economically..short.
I finished Pokemon Sapphire today~! It was fun..? I beat the elite four but they seemed weaker than the regular gym leaders.. Which is weird? Maybe because all of my pokemon were high level? I was left with nothing to do for a while and started playing Golden Sun which I download quite a while ago but didn't start until today. Damn traditional RPG's. I haven't actually played any RPG's... In a while? In ever? :p What do I know about this gaming thing? *oldmansigh*. People um.. enter me and I store them in my, erm... probably pants. Because that's where the party is :). Never been a big fan of fantasy elements like alchemy tho. It's good because I managed to lose track of time playing it.. BUT WHEN DON'T I?!?! ;(

Aside from this gaymin' stuffs, I felt like watching anime again. But when I watch videos, be it a movie, youtube, tv show at home, I feel like I'm wasting my time by doing just that and get distracted..(Is anyone else like this? :c.)
I guess I've been taking a break from anime lately. Not really watching the latest shows like I used to, or following blog posts and reviews on the season. So I caught up to SUNRISE's original show: Tiger & Bunny and DAMN IT'S SO GOOD. You know, Sunrise, the one that does Gundam. I didn't expect to like an anime about mecha and superheroes this much haha. And the name was weird too, so it threw me off lol. ANYWAYS, there needs to be more characters like this protagonist! Unpopular, old fashioned, middle-aged single dad with weird facial hair :D.
I should get going now because I have to wake up before 12:30PM which is nearly impossible for me. Summer makes no difference for me because everything is just shifted down. Sleep later, wake up later, but I still get 9 hours of sleep at the most ._. Oh well~

My Poke-venture

So it's no joke that lately I've been obsessed with Pokemon.. And it's all my fault for never finding the time to play this beautiful game before..YEAH. Pokemon is great for a person like me. Firstly, it's so simple to get into; the game can be loved by children and adults alike. Secondly, since it's so simple, even someone like me can play. I SUCK at games. I'm not joking.. I suck at sports too so there should be a connection there XD. Pokemon is just so awesome... And I'm so late for saying this :p. Here's some hype up music:

This is my favourite song of all the series :). It's for Violet City and Olivine City from Gold/Silver. Composer is Junichi Masuda. Goddamn this man makes the best music in the world ;_;. I cried tears while this music played.

AND HERE IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED THAT DAY. A few weeks after school ended, my friend posted a picture of their own Blue version and it got me wondering.. "Have I ever even tried this shit?" So I asked my brother if we still had it and YES! The GBC was working and so was the cartridge so I started a new game and that is where it BEGAN. 

Pokemon was a new thing to me. I knew about the hype, I even read a review for the newest black and white version when it was out. I guess that was back when I was in school?? And didn't have time to think about games since I already had all this other stuff on my mind?? (blogging..:)?loljkays)

This is extremely hard to see due to GBC's lame screen and lighting..
I've been playing for 44 hours 8 minutes and my name is TSELAI.

All those days past and I beat caught all 3 legendary birds and defeated the elite four... Which was a magnificent moment I shall cherish to this day ;_;. Lol I'm joking. But after all those weeks (since played really slowly.. in weird intervals) of playing and that special attachment I had, I was done the game :C. (For a while I went back to my other activities... But I didn't really have anything to do because I was so used to playing Pokemon whenever I needed something to do :c My Pokemon hangover was cured with a Ghibli marathon though ROFL. I'll talk about that in another post.)

And just then!! My brother came home (lol so anticlimactic) and I was reminded of the present time technology stuffs so WHAM. EMULATOR!!

POKEMON GOLD. Yeah it was so awesome. All those new towns and strange new Pokemon. This is when I started a theme for naming Pokemon so they'd all be edible things (ex. Tentacool= Takoyaki, Mareep= Mutton, Ho-oh= Spicy wings). Ahaha that was fun...

Finally moving to GBA..Well, I'm not actually done Pokemon Sapphire due to putting it off for who knows what reasons, but it'll get done in a bit :P. I posted a picture last time but here's to refresh your mind:

Yes, the graphics were overwhelmingly improved. And it's also pretty fun.. I think I actually like Red the best.. Maybe because it was the first game so I enjoyed it the most? Idk. This is the end of my Poke-venture so far because I don't have a DS... And everyone knows DS emulators.. What about the touch-screen...!??! I think somewhere during the school year I'll get one? Saving up? Sorta?..ANYWAYS I'LL TRY MY BEST! :D And there will be a blog post about it on that day yay. <ERM TRANSITION>

My verdict? POKEMON IS FUCKIN' GREAT. If you haven't tried it before and you have time you might as well go CATCH 'EM ALL. (LOL)
On a side-note, Pokemon doesn't have red lines under it.. Does that mean it's a real word!?? THE DICTIONARY HAS POKEMON!?? WHAT.

Summer Reboot

So I was taking a stroll down nostalgia lane and ended up reading a whole bunch'a my posts. It was surprisingly entertaining!! Those lame daily posts I wrote out of free-time and boredom actually turned out to be something I could look back and laugh at.. sorta? Lol. So I guess this is my second shot at the impossible goal. No guarantees that it will go on past second term of school but chronicling my life is a fun idea~ Now should I start at where I've been this past month? Since my last post was a summary of the end of school and an incessant ramble/jumble/mumble and it's August and all that..............Alright then::~~~:::~GO~ (LOLWUT?)

POKEMON. Pokemon has been eating my soul (very pleasantly, though). It is the reason for my lack of exercise, socializing, and so many more (but in an enjoyable way). Most importantly, I LOVE IT. POKEMON IS THAT..IT'S THAT THING!! To me, Pokemon has become that thing that everyone talks about that you claim to know and think is cool until you actually find out what it is and the experience is mind blowing and nothing else is impor... Making myself sound like a maniac right now. 

All this is quite true.. But I've been doing other stuff too!! And the fact that I've stopped playing for the past 3-5 hours and have started blogging means that I'm, well, getting "STUFF" done.

I have lots of things to say but I'll leave that for tomorrow or another day's post.. Since my biggest fear in blogging is running out of things to say... Which actually happens very often :(. So I'll try to fix that? And gouge out all the interesting things or just collect bits of my day for blog posts.
This is the harsh path called "blogging". Maybe I'll start bringing a camera with me everywhere and write down ideas for my daily posts.................... Probably not. (I'm not the kind of person with that kind of dedication).
