A New School Year and Some Makoto Shinkai

Here's a classroom picture from 5 Centimeters Per Second, a Makoto Shinkai movie.

How was school?

Typical.

What does that mean?
It was mediocre lol.

I was planning to do a whole sort of "conversation about school with my mom" sort of thing but I ran out of words after that. And since I didn't bring my camera around to take pictures of what happened today, it's not going to be interesting to explain. I feel like I'm always beating down my blog post like it really sucks (which is partly true), is this bad for the whole mood sort of thing?

I woke up around 10:30AM followed by lying in bed for another 20 minutes. 

I had so much time in the morning that I was able to make a grilled cheese sandwich, and even watch the new episode of Mitsudomoe (huh? You don't know what it is?..Oh..): ).

I was ready to leave the house at 11:50 all excited but then I realized that it I was an hour early LOL. Went back in the house and started the computer up again.
So far, this is the most boring situation I've written in MY LIFE!!!

Watched some Youtube videos, and then I ACTUALLY left the house to go to school.

Next bit would include me going to homeroom and seeing all these new students and the ones I knew last year. I got my course sheet which (still) included foods and nutrition level 1 instead of concert band and went to get a course change sheet.

I also couldn't get my locker to open. AT ALL.. Orz.

It also seemed like a new student in our grade couldn't get their locker to open either.. They gave me instructions and kinda looked at me like I didn't know how to figure lock combinations. Made me feel real dumb lol. BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT!

My lock just didn't budge.

I got 5 or so people to help me out too but no one got it. Eventually, Mika tried it a few times and got it to open. Then Kirsty locked it again to see if it would work the next try. And of course, the lock didn't open, lol.. Hopefully I'll get this fixed tomorrow? I'm hoping that I got the wrong combo or something and that I won't have to buy 3 freakin locks like I did last year.

I was supposed to get bubble tea with Kirsty and Nixon but Nixon decided to leave so I

just went with Kirsty. AHA! HERE'S THE PERFECT PICTURE MOMENT!!

Then I walked some distance to this pho restaurant and met up with Daphne, Eleanor, Joyce, and Rebecca.  They were pretty much done eating by the time I got there. We had some pleasant chat and visited 711.
I went to Daphne's house with Eleanor and we made some nice jokes. Created a new "thing" or meme (meh-meh), IF YOU MAY.

Now I'm at home making an all text blog post with some weird pedophile image :|. I've sorted out all my school items, labeled my binders, and I'm good to go for tomorrow! Just need to pack lunch for later and wake up at 7:30AM tomorrow D: .
I also have my first jazz band class 3rd block tomorrow and I'm very nervous about that because no one in our grade is joining the class and I won't really know anyone either.

I was going to end the post there, but I'd just like to put out some info that I'm the last to hear XD. Makoto Shinkai (director of "Place promised in our early days", "Voices of a Distant Star", and "5 cm Per Second") is making a new movie which he described as a story about a girl's journey. It will be a lively movie with action and romance.

In his blog post, which I shall half-assedly translate, he explains that he's working hard (with his team) on a feature(Long? Lengthly? Not sure how I should translate this word.)animation film with the main staff from "5 cm Per Second" (I'm not linking anymore, go to link above if you really want it lol). He also explains that the title and release date have not yet been planned. The rest is kinda hard to translate for a noob like me. So I'll leave you to the translation I found online with bad grammar that I did not enjoy reading as much lol.
