Journeys in "Just Talking" Posts

This will be an introduction to my "Just talking" posts. Where I just fuckin' TALK. It might be interesting sometimes but usually, I'll just be saying lame shit and describing my boring day. Since it's an interesting occasion, I'll talk about 9/11 and "International Burn Korans Day". I actually had to look this up yesterday because I still didn't understand why people were burning Qu'rans and since it was being talked about everywhere, might as well educate myself. (If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.) The idea of burning Islamic religious texts comes from this -cough- Islamophobic pastor named Terry Jones to.. mark the 9th anniversary of 911? You know how Christians have that need to just bash at other religions, I know everyone has something to say about their beliefs but this guy ADMITS he's never read the Qu'ran and that he doesn't acknowledge it because it doesn't recognize Jesus Christ. Lol. I'm not the one to judge Christians like this, but this is just.. ignorant. Ironically I used to be a Christian.

 I'D LIKE TO SAY: "AS EXPECTED OF AMERICANS". America has a lot of Christian extremists in general.. I think I might end up ranting about religion and stuff, but today is not the day and not the right place to talk about it since it feels like a touchy topic that doesn't feel right to talk about online. At least for me. Moral of burning Qu'rans "Try to offend some people, end up enraging a whole nation". This guy is going to die. Seriously, be hunted down now that he's basically a HOUSEHOLD NAME. Apart from that, there's a lot of talk about an Islamic community center being built next to the 911 attack site. 

This is so weird and uncomfortable.

I'm going to talk about the rest of my day but Daphne's post basically sums up the hilarious things that happened today relating to my good pal named Hans.
Apart from that, I went to my mom's workplace to print some stuff, my Japanese textbook actually. Didn't get to print some pages and I'm guessing I'll do that tomorrow.
I actually owe 2 posts for today since I posted at 3 last night, very late actually.. I slept until 1 today and it felt like I had arisen from DEAD. THAT'S RIGHT. If you added up all the hours of sleep I'd gotten that week, it would make the hours of sleep I had yesterday, about 11 LOL. I wanted to start this post with a funny picture but I'll leave that for here now. Going to finish off some typesetting for my scanslation group and sleep after that.
I hope my blog isn't tracked and anyone reads it.. lol
